For me it is just a matter of taking the time to sit down and do it.. Well that and then having the discipline to actually follow the plan. LOL<br /><br />My neighbor and I have been walking for 2 weeks now and we are up to 3 1/2 miles every evening.. My legs are killing me by the time we finish but afterward I feel so invigorated and satisfied. And that says a lot since I have always been one of those people that considered exercise "to much work". LOL<br /><br />Keep it up girlie!
