Well, week two wasn't as "great" as week one.
Reasons:
half-assed planning

too many BLT's (bites, licks & tastes)
making poor food choices even though I still had "POINTS"
PMS'ing

Start getting some exercise

I lost 2.5 pounds for my first week. Congrats on your losses! Every little bit helps! I see you found OLWL! Isn't she fun?
ReplyDeleteI am so in the same boat as you are! I am always saying I'm going on a diet, and always going off my diet a few weeks later! It is just so hard to lose weight, and just so easy (and more fun!) to remain fat! I just turned 31, and spent most of my 20's fat! I never had a weight problem until I got out of college, so I was in denial for quite awhile, about how my body had changed. The past 6 months have been the biggest learning experience for me in my weight loss quest. On a whim I decided to try a Zumba exercise class. i was immediately hooked! I know Zumba 4 days a week, do a toning class before Zumba 2x's a week, and now have added a really fun class called Masala Bungra. I have gone from a size 14 to a 10! Without really feeling like I was trying! I am so motivated now, to lose the remainder of the weight, so I'm starting a boot camp class on tues! I know it's gonna be hard, but now that I've seen results, I know I can stick with it!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your weight loss! Just find something you enjoy, and the weight will come off before you know it! Congrats on your first 5 lb loss! You go girl!
